Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS to update tracking information once you receive your confirmation email. Please check your spam file for this email, as it can sometimes be filtered accidentally.

Due to the nature of my products, once an item leaves the warehouse it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns .If you have any questions before purchasing, please direct them to me via our contact form.

For ALL shipping methods offered on our website, there is no guarantee of exact shipping delivery day/ time. Additionally, regardless of what the shipping "estimated delivery date/ time" indicates USPS has asked their partners to let the customer know this is just an estimate. As a result, no refunds will be issued to customers who use the PRE-SHIPMENT shipping option if the reason for their refund request is because the date of their event or when the product is needed is missed as we cannot control the USPS delays due to COVID-19.
Why Is My Order Stuck In "PRE-SHIPMENT" On The USPS Tracker?
When an order is stuck in "Pre-Shipment" status, that is USPS code for "..we scanned your package but don't know where it is and/ or we missed it's initial scan at the original distribution center, but it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way." USPS is having challenges over the last 60-90 days because of the COVID-19 impact thus resulting in a lack of staff/ resources as stated on the there website (click here) which is causing delays to customer packages across the USA & Internationally. What's happening is the USPS tracker indicates that the order/ package is in a status of "Pre-Shipment" and then suddenly the status changes to "your package will be delivered tomorrow before 10am" OR it will say "your order is currently out for delivery." In most cases, the Pre Shipment status will change to "your order is out for delivery" as that is happening 9 times out of 10 at the moment.
We can any order that doesn't have a tracking number - (no returns or exchanges will be accepted)
WE WILL NOT REFUND ON ANY SHIPMENT THAT HAS “PRE SHIPMENT STATUS” for it has left our offices and in the hand of USPS.
